Reflection Paper The topic of my research paper is the positive impact of green plants at home on people’s health and the issue on how to care for plants. The book â€Å"Home plants. Diagnostics. Cure. Care.† provides the reader with all sort of useful information. The content is split into five parts, so every part has its own purpose and idea. The first one describes the plants as living creatures that need love and care, which have their own needs and cycles of life. The usefulness of plants at home and their impact on a â€Å"healthy home† are also described here. After, there comes a section with photos, followed by descriptions of illnesses that can be transmitted on the plants and that can be even harmful for people. Here the author gives a lot of attention to detailing diverse . The third part is devoted to the ways of curing the plants and preventing different diseases. A lot of this part can be used for garden plants, which are very similar in their nature. Next comes the all-around description of various plant species. The author mentions the preferences of each plant and its needs. In addition, it is described how they differ from each other in their needs and which of them and why are most popular by people. The last part tells the answers to the most often stated questions. There the reader can find a summary of conditions, which are similar to particular species. The information flows slowly from one topic to an other one, which makes this book interesting not only for people, who have plants at home, but also for those who have never thought to â€Å"make friends† with flowers. The author makes a global survey on the topic and gives us interesting data. First, she shows us that 95 percent of questioned tell the plants to be a part of their homes.
